Lehigh Valley Garage Sales ( PRINTABLE -- 1 Year Listing Form )
By Initialing & Dating page #1  +  Signing & Dating page #2 Customer agrees to the following.
A)   When "1st Choice Mall" receives this "1 Year Listing Form" Initialed, Signed and Dated by the Customer, & a Check for "PAID--IN--FULL" this "1 Year Listing Form" shall be a legally binding Contract between "1st Choice Mall" and the Customer.  "1st Choice Mall" will then send the Customer a CUSTOMER #.
Keep this # safe & put it on all future FORMS submitted to "1st Choice Mall".
B)   Abide by these eleven (11) "Listing Policies" (a "Listing Policy" with a  **  requires a FORM).
      1) Picture(s) [supplied by the customer] with accompanying Text [description] & Sale Price [$]
           will be listed for 1 Year after "PAID--IN--FULL" is received by "1st Choice Mall".
      2) The ONLY form of payment "1st Choice Mall" will accept is Money Order or Check.
      3) "PAID--IN--FULL" is when the customers check has cleared the banking system.
      4) Listings received by "1st Choice Mall", in the mail, by Wednesday will be posted on the first
           Wednesday after the customers check has cleared the banking system.
      5) ** All items can be removed  FREE  at any time before the end of the 1 Year Listing.
      6) ** Any Removed item can be relisted by paying an "ITEM   RELISTING   FEE".
      7) ** Incorrect Picture and/or Text ("1st Choice Mall" error) will be changed  FREE.
      8) ** An Items Picture + Text can be changed by paying an "ITEM   CHANGE   FEE".
      9) ** An Item's Text can be changed by paying a "TEXT   CHANGE   FEE".
    10) ** An Item's Sale Price can be reduced  FREE  ONLY one (1) time in the one (1) year listing.
    11) ** A Price can be increased or reduced a second time by paying a "PRICE  CHANGE  FEE".
C)   Picture(s) & Text Page(s) received by "1st Choice Mall", from the customer, will be kept
        by "1st Choice Mall" as proof of the listing information received by "1st Choice Mall".
D)   The # of items "1st Choice Mall" will place on the Internet for the Customer is thirty six
        (36) at a Listing Cost -- $90.00 for one (1) year.     "PAID--IN--FULL" prior to listing the
        customers items on the Internet.         }}} One (1) picture & 25 words/item ONLY {{{
                          }}} $90.00  ÷  36 items  =  $2.50/item for a one (1) year listing. {{{
F)   "1st Choice Mall" will not alter the color or lighten a picture received from the customer.
        Customer is responsible for the quality of the picture(s), the condition of the item(s) and
        the accuracy of the text describing the item(s). "1st Choice Mall" is not liable for any
        picture or text, received from the Customer, that doesn't exactly represent the item.
G)   "1st Choice Mall" will crop (trim a digitally scanned picture) the picture(s) received
        from the customer to minimize the loading time of the picture(s).

H)   Each item must have a Sale Price.   Customer may sell any item for a LOWER price.
I)   "1st Choice Mall" will proof read the Text received from the customer in an attempt to
        find errors. Customer will not hold "1st Choice Mall" responsible for any missed errors.
(Customer MUST check the listing on the Internet.  Any "1st Choice Mall" errors are changed FREE)
J)   "1st Choice Mall" is a family oriented business and reserves the right to refuse any or all
        of a Customers item(s) for listing if they are deemed offensive by "1st Choice Mall".
K)   After "1st Choice Mall" accepts a Customer that Customer will receive a Customer #.
        Keep that # safe. That # must be listed on all future FORMS submitted for conformation.
L)   Anything that requires a FORM that FORM must be completed in full.
        "1st Choice Mall" will inform the customer, by phone, of an incomplete FORM.
        "1st Choice Mall" will not cash the customers check until the FORM is completed.

1) Customer agrees not to hold "1st Choice Mall" responsible or liable for any length of time that the Customer's advertisement is not viewable on the Internet due to acts of God,  problems with the Service Provider and/or its Computer,  power failure,  the Phone Company or any other problems that are beyond "1st Choice Mall's" control that interrupt,  limit or terminate the viewing of the Customers Advertisement on the Internet.    2) The Customer acknowledges that "1st Choice Mall" has not made any representations,  warranties,  projections or guarantees concerning the number of viewers that will see the Customers item(s) or the number of sales the Customer will make through the placement of the Picture(s) and Text on the Internet in "Lehigh Valley Garage Sales" (http://www.lv-garagesales.com).
