The Customers Town listed on LV Garage Sales home page.
The Customers Street Address listed on the Customers Town home page.
The Categories the Customer has selected listed on the Customers Main Page
Each Category will be linked to a FRAMES LIST PAGE for that Category.
Each item in that Category will be listed, on the Left, and when clicked on the
Picture and Text for that item will appear at the Right of the page.

Each item will have the Customers
Picture, Text, Price & Phone # [so a buyer can call for directions]
At the bottom of this page is the
"COST" of Listing your Items.
Picture(s) [supplied by the customer] with the accompanying Text [description] and
Sale Price [$] will be listed for a maximum of one (1) year with "PAID-IN-FULL".
A Picture can have one (1) to six (6) items on it.
6 items on one (1) Picture is the MAXIMUM.

The Picture, Text and the Categorys
(categorys the item will be listed in from the list below)
will be selected by the customer.
It is the customers responsibility to take a picture
that best represents the customers item.
Customer is responsible for the quality
(lightness, clarity & focus) of a picture.
"1st Choice Mall" will not alter the quality
(lightness, clarity & focus) of any picture.
"1st Choice Mall" will crop (trim a digitally scanned picture), received from the
customer, to minimize the size of the picture thus minimizing the loading time.
(the larger the size of a picture the more time it takes to load)
The Customer MUST check the listing on the Internet
for accuracy & inform "1st Choice Mall" of any errors.
These errors must be listed on a separate paper with the customers #,
signed & dated & Faxed (610)398-7299 or mailed to "1st Choice Mall".
