Picture(s) [supplied by the customer] with the accompanying Text [description] and Sale Price [$] will be listed, after "1st Choice Mall" receives a "PAYMENT IN FULL" Check. "1st Choice Mall" ONLY lists Garage-Sales-Items for 1 Year and is not responsable for time lost due to Customers error, late or lost Mail and Check clearing time. After all Eleven (11) Listing Policies are satisfied "1st Choice Mall" will list the Customers items for 1 Year Click here for the LISTING DETAILS & LISTING FORM 2 The ONLY form of payment "1st Choice Mall" will accept is Money Order and Check ("Personal" or "Bank Certified"). We will make a copy of the check and keep it on file for conformation purposes only. 3 "PAYMENT IN FULL" is when the customers check has cleared the banking system. This could take 3 to 7 days depending on the location of your bank. 4 Listings received by "1st Choice Mall" in the mail, by Wednesday, will be posted on the first Wednesday after the customers check has cleared the banking system. 5 Any or all items can be removed FREE at any time before the end of the "1 Year Listing".
